The Group of Seven (G7) advanced economic countries this week discussed central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) and concluded that they should “do no harm” and meet high standards.
G7 financial leaders met in Washington on Wednesday to discuss central bank digital currencies and approved 13 public policy principles regarding their implementation.
